nicky gill

manager & head personal trainer

Nicky is a very well-known and well respected instructor within the fitness industry. She is a NASM level 3 personal trainer with Active IQ registered level 3 personal trainer qualifications, with over 20 years in the fitness industry. Her main passion is group exercise classes, teaching Les Mills programmes, specialising in body pump, body combat, body attack, body balance, body step and Grit. She is a Master of Yoga certificate holder and is a qualified VTCT level 3 sports massage therapist.

rikki armstrong

personal trainer

Rikki is a REP’s Recognised level 3 Personal Trainer with a BSc. ons in Nutrition and Health. He can design a bespoke fitness and nutrition plan for any interested members. He specialises in CPD modules including Bootcamp and circuits and is a qualified Broga certificate holder. He will also be doing classes in group studio cycling and TRX.

Graham Casey

joining the team in September

Graham has a BA in Physical education and is a Strength and Conditioning trainer. He is a Muay Thai fighter and trainer with over 25 years experience. He will be bringing a variety of Martial arts classes and training to Gym Monkeys.
