YOGA (& HOT)

Enjoy a fusion of different styles of yoga, from slow and controlled to high energy. All classes will take you through a variety of different postures and breathing techniques that will help you increase your strength and flexibility and leave you feeling re-energised and de-stressed.

BROGA

Our Broga class is a sportier version of yoga without the sole focus on stretches and bends. Combining traditional yoga with functional fitness exercises and high intensity interval training. Expect a high energy session that will strengthen and tone your body in new ways; but will leave you feeling more flexible than ever before.

CARDIO BLAST

This is a high energy choreographed workout combining athletic aerobic movements, high intensity aerobic work and full body strength exercises. Great for building strength, stamina and burning fat, all whilst having fun.

HIIT

This high intensity express 30 minute class is the perfect way to blow away the cobwebs off and work up a real sweat. Based around interval training you can expect a range of training methods that will get your heart rate pumping and improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness.

CROSS TRAINING

This challenging session is the ultimate complete workout testing your strength, power endurance and movement ability. Incorporating a range of different functional training methods, you can look forward to building a stronger, leaner and more bulletproof body with cross training.

This 60 minutes fusion class is a mixture of HITT and yoga for sport providing you with the benefits of both.

FUNK-TION

FUNK-TION is a fun and functional class with a whole body approach, not just legs, bums and tums. A real workout for the core combining bodyweight and free weight exercises.

PUMP

This studio class is the perfect way to work your body head to toe. Largely using barbells you can look forward to learning great technique in a fun and challenging class.
